About Gordon Zellers
Work of Leadership began in 2021 as a supplement to my full-time consulting gig, and as a leadership development blog.
After several decades in the “real” world, I returned to academia to pursue my doctorate at Vanderbilt University due to my passion for continuous learning. I will complete my studies in July 2022. I currently serve as an Advisor for a boutique consulting firm called InCite Performance Group.
For many years, I was privileged to serve in a variety of leadership roles. First, as a Director for a publicly-traded global consulting firm, then as Managing Director for a Fortune 5oo firm, and most recently as an Executive Committee member as I launched a new market for a large privately-held risk management consulting firm.
My passion is to help others identify their strengths and optimize their capabilities. My approach uses academic research, case studies, real life experience and engaging exercises that help people take evidence-based strategies and apply these to their context. My goal is to see participants reach heights they didn’t know they could reach in their professional (and personal) lives.
Gordon is a Partner and Advisor for InCite Performance Group, a boutique consulting organization. He focuses on designing and delivering impactful leadership development content.
We help individuals with Leadership development and evidence based critical thinking skill development.
